Shipping Costs and Times

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Shipping
costs are calculated by the weight of your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be
processed.

You will receive an email confirming that you order
has been dispatched (please check spam and junk folders!)

 

There are two shipping
options at checkout:

1st Class – Estimated next-day delivery after dispatch.

1st Class Tracked – Estimated next-day delivery after dispatch with full tracking.

If you select a tracked
shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will
update throughout your parcel's journey. If tracked shipping is not selected,
your order will be sent untracked.

Please note: Royal Mail does not
class a 1st class order as lost until it’s
been at least 10 working days since the dispatch date. Please allow this amount
of time to pass before getting in touch. 

Returns

This is a small business
so we cannot accept returns.

However, we do want you to
be happy with your order!

If there is an issue with
any of your items (i.e. they are faulty or damaged) please get in touch through
our Contact page. Be sure to include your order
number in your email.

If you have added an
incorrect shipping address, please get in touch immediately before your order is dispatched to that we can amend
this! We cannot refund the cost of an order that has been lost due to an incorrect address.

However, if the order is returned to us by the postal service, we
will contact you to ask if you would like to re-attempt delivery.

VAT information

All orders placed within
the UK are subject to VAT. Please note that this will be included in the cost of your order.

International

Available Countries

We offer worldwide shipping on all orders!

Please note that orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Depending on your country, your parcel may be held at your countrys border by customs. (For further information, please read below under 'customs')

International Standard: Estimated Delivery~ 12 working days after dispatch.

International Tracked: Estimated Delivery: 12 working days after dispatch with full tracking

shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will
update throughout your parcel's journey. If tracked shipping is not selected,
your order will be sent untracked.

Note on Untracked Delivery:
Just for your peace of mind, it is very rare that an order gets lost. However if your parcel does go missing, please let us know via our Contact page, and we
will investigate this for you.

Royal Mail does not class
an International Standard order as lost until it’s been at least 6 weeks since the dispatch date. Please allow this amount of
time to pass before getting in touch.

Depending on your country,
International deliveries might be subject to customs changes, upon/ prior to the receipt of your order.
